Venus Puzzle as the manufacturer is dedicated to providing high-quality products and services.
The product can be returned if:
Damaged - if the puzzle or the puzzle box was damaged during production or shipping
Not as described products - if the puzzle doesn't meet the order specification details
Incorrectly printed products - if the printed colors are significantly different then the source image colors
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, you must fill the return request form and include a reason. Your item must be returned in the original packaging.
Requesting a Replacement
You can request a replacement if your order that you are requesting to be replaced has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipment.
You are entitled to a refund once we receive your item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please allow 30 days to process your return.
Shipping of returned item
The customer will be responsible for paying his own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Canceling the order
Once your order has been submitted, you may cancel it through your account within 15 minutes of submission. We are unable to accept customer requests to cancel or change orders that have already been shipped or been submitted to the shipping process.
